From an early age, technology has been a part of Mr. Simpson's life. It wasn't just an interest, it was an obsession. At just seven years old, he began exploring computers and electronics, driven by a relentless curiosity to understand how technology worked beneath the surface.

 

That curiosity quickly expanded into networking, cyber security, malware analysis, reverse engineering, and digital forensics.

Entirely self-taught, he spent countless hours researching, experimenting, and participating in technical communities long before today's abundance of online learning resources existed. By the age of fifteen, he had developed advanced skills in penetration testing, malware analysis, reverse engineering, incident response, and network security, building a foundation through hands-on experience rather than traditional education.

That same passion continues to drive Aurora Technologies today.

Over the years, he has worked alongside individuals, businesses, law enforcement agencies, and government organizations, assisting with digital forensic investigations, incident response, malware analysis, cyber incident recovery, and complex technology challenges. His experience spans everything from repairing computer systems and recovering critical data to investigating sophisticated cyber incidents and helping organizations strengthen their security.

Outside of client work, you'll usually find him doing exactly what sparked his interest as a child: experimenting with new technologies, repairing electronics, building custom systems, reverse engineering software, and continuously learning. For him, technology has never been just a career. It's a lifelong passion and an endless puzzle waiting to be solved.
